| Zoning
 The Vinings Village Homeowners Association considers the monitoring of zoning decisions one of its primary responsibilities. The VHA consistently monitors Cobb County decisions, initiatives, and Zoning/Variance rulings that impact Vinings Village, as well as the contiguous transition areas. Planning and Zoning activities are intended to protect,maintain, and develop a sustainable, attractive, safe, environment.
VVHA Zoning Committee Zoning and re-Zoning applications are consistently monitored by the VVHA Zoning Committee who provide direction and leadership in implementing the goals, objectives, and policies of the Cobb County Comprehensive Plan as adopted by the Vinings Village Homeowners Association.
The Community is kept aware of important votes, meetings and issues on these pages and is encouraged to be active in voicing their support or concerns.
